2. Services

Ranchuan Thai Massage provides massage services including Thai massage, foot massage, aromatherapy oil massage, head/neck/shoulder massage, herbal compress, and other treatments as listed on our website and menu.

Service availability is subject to change. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all applicable fees.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings can be made online via Fresha, by phone, or by walk-in.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time without a price reduction.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. therapist illness, force majeure).

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your appointment will not incur a charge.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• For group bookings (3 or more people), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Health and Safety

• Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your treatment.
• We reserve the right to decline service if we believe treatment may pose a health risk to the client or our staff.
• Clients who are pregnant, have recent injuries, or have underlying medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before booking.
• Our therapists are trained professionals. We do not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.

6. Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in an abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner. Inappropriate requests or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash and bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

• Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and conditions.
• Gift vouchers (where applicable) are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ranchuanspa.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Ranchuan Thai Massage and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
• We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings on our premises, though we take reasonable precautions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
